They both were beautiful and blooming with a mystery of why. As she followed voices and pondered on mysteries she continued to ask questions, What, How, and Why?. She was unable to find an answer.

Pg.12"The thought of marrying was too new and heavy for Janie she fought it away."
Janie was not ready to marry anyone because she didn't think she was ready. She never thought marrying so young; that had never came across or through her mind. When her grandmother told her she had to marry she asked her to wait because it was to much for her to handle an take. Janie told her Nanny she would never kiss Johnny Taylor again if that were the reason she had to marry. She tried her best to convince Nanny but it did no help.

"These sitters had been tongueless, earless, eyeless conveniences all day long."
The people on the porch had been bored and silent all day. They did not think to start conversation until Janie come back. No one had authority over them to tell them what to do. They felt confident and nothing could tell them right or wrong.

"Seeing the woman as she made them remember the envy they had stored up from other times. They made burning statements with questions, and killing tools out of laughs."
As Janie walked by people remember the kind of lady she use to be when she was around them. So they laughed and made jeer statements toward her about the way she came back looking. They all talked about her because they had no one to stop them from doing so. They did not have a mayor to lead or keep them under control, so they all had continued with their comments and laughter.

Comparing a Ship on Horizon to a Man's Dream

There is an effect of comparing a ship on a horizon to a Man's dream. A ship on a horizon is just a metaphor because a ship can never touch a horizon no matter how far it sail out. A horizon is like a line where the earth and sky look like it is meeting, but that is just because of the distance you are standing at. The horizon is compared to a man dream because it is saying he may see his dream ahead of him but he will never reach it no matter how hard he try to attain it. It is stating that neither are possible to do.

The Difference of Men and Women Dreams

There was a discussion in the first two paragraphs about the difference between men and women dreams. The first paragraph in the book discuss the men dream or wish. It talk about how a ship at a distance have every man's wish on board; as in every man have a wish to connect with but is not able to reach it. It also says that it come in in with a tide which is a big wave that pushes the ship against the shore. Men dreams are able to achieve but it take plenty of time to get there.
The second paragraph in the book discuss women dream. It says how women only want to remember what they want. They delete any bad memories or any other memory that they don't want to remember. Women do what their dream tell them to do because they believe in their dream

Dreams are Important to Self -Discovery

I believe dreams or dreaming is important to self -discovery for every one. Dreams can help people define who they really are or who they want to be. Some dreams can lead you to a better option of life because some dreamers follow the things that happen in their dreams. Dreams can influence people to save the world by telling that person he or she is a hero. That's what dreams are for; to motivate people and get their hopes high. People usually dream about things they want to do or things they want to be, and not everybody have someone around to help them out with their careers or what ever it is that they want to do in their future. I strongly think if there was no such thing as dreams plenty of people would be miserable, stressed out, and careless. Everybody have used their dream as an intimation to lead them in a better direction or choice.

I can automatic become fit later in the future if I just eat right and healthy through out my life.
There are many ways I can become healthy and fit. The best thing to do is eat right by eating only three times a day. Also it is okay to have a snack through out the day just in case I was to get hungry. I really could have a time schedule choosing what hours I should eat. It is best if I eat before seven thirty, so I will not be eating any time of the day. I will exercise daily to make sure I am not putting on any weight. also stretch so my body will not cramp up and become lazy.
